This reservoir originally was built to collect rainwater, agriculture irrigation drainage and local municipal inflow.
Because the surrounding neighbor region kept developing and all wastewater from different locations are collected into this reservoir.
Daily received about 5,000 tons of wastewater, and the oddor from the bottom spreaded to surrounding area.
Bioremediation through floating sludge up is an efficient way to clean up the reservoir.
